Vladislav specialises in mergers and acquisitions, Capital Markets, general corporate law, and international sanctions and Russian countersanctions compliance. He is involved in legal support for transactions, preparation of memorandums, providing legal assistance on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and internal regulatory frameworks. Vladislav is part of a team handling complex projects in the retail & FMCG, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

Prior to joining DGP team, Vladislav worked in the Moscow office of American law firm Baker McKenzie, and in corporate and M&A practice of ALRUD law firm.

Advising one of the largest retail perfume and cosmetics chains Rive Gauche on the sale of 100% of the equity interest in the Rive Gauche Group to the merged company Wildberries & Russ (RWB).

Advising a Russian investor on the acquisition of a manufacturing business purchased from foreign owners after 2022, including complex legal due diligence.

Representing a shipping company in an international commercial arbitration administered under the SIAC Rules.

The dispute arose out of non-performance of shipbuilding contracts.

Participation in a project to sell the Russian business of the international company Kraft Heinz in favour of subsidiaries of the Chernogolovka Group.

Participation in a project to sell the Russian business of a major manufacturer of high-tech equipment and chemical components for the oil and gas industry to a group of Kazakh buyers.

Participation in a Due Diligence project for one of the leading suppliers of construction chemicals and solutions worldwide.

Representing a leading Russian oil and gas company on the establishment of a JV for the implementation of a solar power plant construction project.

Participation in regulatory projects in connection with US and UK sanctions measures against Russian business.

Preparation of a wide range of corporate documentation for transactions, restructuring and ordinary business operations (SPAs, SHAs, articles of association, corporate approvals, etc.).

Representing a global manufacturer of sustainable and recyclable plastic and protective packaging products on the sale of its Russian business.
