He is involved in legal support for transactions, preparation of memorandums, providing legal assistance on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and internal regulatory frameworks. Vladislav is part of a team handling complex projects in the retail & FMCG, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

Prior to joining DGP team, Vladislav worked in the Moscow office of American law firm Baker McKenzie, and in corporate and M&A practice of ALRUD law firm.

Advising a Russian investor on the acquisition of a manufacturing business purchased from foreign owners after 2022, including complex legal due diligence.
