Qualification

Representing a Russian industrial group in the LCIA arbitration arising from a multi-million-dollar claim.

Advising the largest steel pipe manufacturer in Russia on conclusion of numerous international supply contracts, services, agency and license agreements worth millions of US dollars.

Advising private clients on corporate disputes, disputes arising from breach of contract, as well as on issues of infliction of harm to life and health in the courts of the State of California and federal courts.

Representing one of the largest Russian transportation and logistics holding in connection with a shareholding dispute in course of the LCIA arbitration, as well as in a number of litigation proceedings in various jurisdictions.

Veronika's experience covers disputes in the industry & transportation sectors.

Before joining DGP, Veronika worked for a major international pipeline manufacturer and supplier at its Moscow office. While she was wearing different hats of an in-house counsel, Veronika mainly focused on international supply deals as well as data privacy and cybersecurity projects of the group. While pursuing her LL.M. degree in the University of Georgia School of Law (#20 among USA best law schools), Veronika externed for one of the world’s leading providers of software, hardware and services for different types of businesses in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduation, she was employed by a litigation boutique law firm in California, where she advised local clients on various civil litigation matters in both California federal and state courts. While pursuing her path in litigation, in 2023 Veronika passed the California bar exam and became an attorney.
