Tatiana’s experience covers international construction, corporate, contractual and other disputes, including under arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Swiss Rules of International Arbitration, Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Arbitration Rules.

Representing one of the largest Russian transportation and logistics holding in connection with a shareholding dispute in course of the LCIA arbitration, as well as in a number of litigation proceedings in various jurisdictions.

Representing a Russian company in the supply dispute under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration Rules.

Advising a major Turkish contractor in the EPC dispute under the ICC Arbitration Rules and participation in negotiations, which resulted in the settlement.

Tatiana gained unique experience in the resolution of disputes in the Southeast Asia in course of her five-year work in the region.

Tatiana supervised more than 200 arbitration matters, consulted on a wide range of legal issues arising in course of arbitration, mediation and statutory adjudication widely used in the construction industry.

Prior to joining DGP, Tatiana worked at international law firms and as a Deputy Head of Legal at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC, Malaysia). She also interned at the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Hong Kong and HKIAC.

Further, she was involved in a number of legislative initiatives (in particular, introduction of amendments to the Arbitration Act of Malaysia and Mediation Act of Malaysia, third-party funding), as well as in the drafting of a number of key institutional documents (AIAC Arbitration Rules 2021, AIAC Virtual Hearing Protocol 2021, etc.).

Tatiana’s experience also includes a number of cross-institutional projects, including in cooperation with the ICC International Court of Arbitration, a few arbitral institutions in China and Southeast Asia.
