Before founding his own firm in 2018, Suren was partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, an international law firm, and before that he was partner at Lovells and Hogan Lovells, senior associate at White & Case and associate at Herbert Smith CIS.
He has vast experience in drafting legislative bills on corporate law and securities market in the Russian Federation. In particular, Suren advised the Russian Federal Securities Market Commission (a function currently performed by the Bank of Russia).
Besides, he co-authored a commentary on Russian Federal Law On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) (Statut, 1998).
He has vast experience in drafting legislative bills on corporate law and securities market in the Russian Federation. In particular, Suren advised the Russian Federal Securities Market Commission (a function currently performed by the Bank of Russia).
