Advising one of the world’s leading mineral fertilizer producers on the matters related to a dispute in international commercial arbitration under the ICC Rules arising out of the termination of the contract due to sanction.

Representing Austrian subsidiary of a major Russian petrochemical company in proceedings for recognition and enforcement of an award issued by SCC against a US corporation and its assets located in Russia.

Representation of one of the world’s largest petrochemical companies in the case concerning the recognition and enforcement of a foreign award.

Representing clients in one of Russia’s largest class actions relating to a bond default by the country’s largest geological holding company with class action claims exceeding 4.5 bln RUB.

Representation of the interests of a major Russian company in disputes concerning the bondholders’ claims for coupon payment on eurobonds.

Her experience covers disputes in the Energy & Natural Resources, Construction & Chemical Industry sectors.

Prior to joining DGP, Sofia worked at a major Russian litigation law firm. Her track record includes representing Russian and foreign companies in Russian state courts, advising clients on certain issues of Russian law.
