Representing a shipping company in international commercial arbitration under SIAC rules in connection with non-performance of shipbuilding contracts.

Representing a European cruise company in an international commercial arbitration governed by the LMAA Rules.

The dispute arose out of an English law charterparty.

Representing a European cruise company before the High Court of England and Wales in proceedings seeking to arrest a ship and obtain an anti-arbitration injunction.

Representing a mining company in a UNCITRAL investment arbitration with claims over $1 billion.

Representing a foreign bank in Russian courts in a dispute arising from the non-performance of a supply contract.

Her experience covers disputes in the Energy & Natural Resources, Shipbuilding sectors.

Prior to joining the DGP team, Polina worked at a major Russian litigation law firm specializing in dispute resolution. Her responsibilities included advising and representing private companies in Russian courts, advising foreign clients on specific issues of Russian law, particularly in the context of litigation in German, US, and other courts.
