Acting for a syndicate of Russian and foreign lenders on a USD 740 million multi-stage restructuring of a prepayment financing for the export of petroleum products, involving novation, borrower and offtaker substitution, change of currency, and complete security package re-structuring.

Acting for a major Russian client on a revolving uncommitted secured financing provided to a UAE oil trader for the purpose of making payments under short-term oil and oil product supply contracts.

Advising a syndicate of Gazprombank, VTB and Eurasian Development Bank in relation to certain matters of the project financing of the Western High Speed Diameter toll road in St Petersburg.

Advising one of the world’s largest gas pipeline operators and owners in connection with the restructuring of financial indebtedness provided under project, equity and bridge financing for the construction and operation of gas pipelines in Europe, provided by a syndicate of major European investors for a total amount of up to EUR 14.7 billion.

Advising Eurochem group of companies on a major corporate restructuring project including the amendments to the group’s existing credit portfolio provided under both Russian and foreign law bilateral and syndicated financings.

Acting for a group of private investors in connection with the revolving term financing to an UAE trader for the purpose of financing contracts for the supply of metallurgical raw materials for further processing and sale.

Advising Tav Havalimanlari Holding A.S. (TAV Airports), a Turkish airport construction and operation company, on project financing for the development of key infrastructure at Almaty International Airport. The USD 450 million financing was provided by the EBRD, IFC, EDB and DEG.

Advising Roseximbank and EXIAR on the restructuring of indebtedness of several major Cuban financial institutions.

Marina’s experience includes projects in the Energy, Transportation, Industrial, and Insurance sectors.

Prior to joining DGP, Marina worked at international law firms Dentons, Morgan Lewis and Gide Loyrette Nouel and at State Development Corporation VEB.RF.
