Mergers and Acquisitions

Advising a Russian investor on the acquisition of a manufacturing business purchased from foreign owners after 2022, including complex legal due diligence.

Mergers and Acquisitions

Representing the arranger banks on the issuance by a major Russian bank of perpetual subordinated bonds in the amount of $300 million with an annual interest rate of 7.6%, with the proceeds qualifying as Tier 1 capital.

Representing a major U.S. bank on the termination of depositary programs of Russian issuers and the sale of shares underlying the depositary receipts.
