As a versatile IP lawyer, Maria advises clients in a variety of industries, including literature and art, information technology, cybersecurity, telecommunications and media, retail, internet and e-commerce, real estate, the fashion and luxury industry, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, as well as industry and transportation. Maria is a co-author of the intellectual property textbook of the Moscow State Law Academy (MSAL), the author of various academic articles on intellectual property, a member of the ICC Russia Intellectual Property Commission, Vice President of the IP Club, and a member of the commission for the development of the draft Federal Law on the regulation of artificial intelligence in Russia.
