She has extensive experience advising clients across a range of industries, including retail, IT, finance, manufacturing and film production.

Advising a Russian investor on the acquisition of a manufacturing business purchased from foreign owners after 2022, including complex legal due diligence.

Advising a Russian person, including the development and implementation of a strategy for litigation and criminal prosecution of unscrupulous persons on various grounds in six unfriendly jurisdictions, in connection with a corporate conflict, as a result of which the principal lost business in an unfriendly jurisdiction.

Advising X5 on the acquisition of 82 Paterson supermarkets across various regions of Russia for a total consideration of $189.5 mln, including legal due diligence.

Advising Mitsubishi Corporation on a joint venture with Russian automotive distributor ROLF. The estimated joint venture funding amounted to approximately $300 mln.

Advising one of the shareholders of a major retail company on a corporate dispute and the development of an exit strategy.

Advising one of the largest Russian banks on a joint venture with an Asian bank. The estimated investment amounted to approximately $400 mln.
