Ksenia specialises in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, cross-border and domestic litigation and insolvency. She has represented clients in arbitration proceedings administered under the UNCITRAL, ICC, SCC, ICSID, ICSID AF, ICAC Rules as well as in cross-border and domestic litigation.

Representing a Belarusian contractor in an SCC arbitration against a Central Asian state and a state concern. The dispute relates to the construction of an ore fertiliser plant in Turkmenistan under a US$1 billion contract.

Representing Dekhkanabad Potash Plant, one of the leading fertilizer producers in Central Asia, in a number of cross-border disputes with its Russian contractor (undergoing bankruptcy), in connection with the construction of a potash plant in Uzbekistan.

Representing a Russian atomic energy corporation in a number of parallel commercial disputes totaling several billion US dollars.

The dispute is related to the termination of a nuclear power plant construction project.

International Commercial Arbitration

Representing a Russian developer in connection with the establishment of a joint venture for the construction a shopping center in Moscow. The project was valued at over $1 billion.

Representing a sovereign state in an investment arbitration under the ICSID Convention concerning construction of a business center and hotel at the country’s main airport.

Representing an independent creditor of Probusinessbank in a dispute stemming from the dissipation of Probusinessbank's assets worth more than USD 180 million by its former shareholders and management.

Representing a large metallurgical holding in a corporate dispute against its minority shareholder at court proceedings in Russia and Switzerland.

Representing an international pharmaceutical company in anti-monopoly proceedings initiated upon its application on suspicion of an act of unfair competition by a Russian generics manufacturer. The project involved communication with competent regulators (Russian Ministry of Health, Federal Anti-monopoly Service of Russia) as well as with industry business associations.

These series of cases and subsequent litigation had great resonance in the pharmaceutical industry and helped to significantly reverse the negative trend of generics companies appropriating the know-how and intellectual property of «big pharma» representatives.
International Commercial Arbitration

Her experience covers disputes in the Energy, Natural Resources, Fintech, Financial Institutions sectors.

Prior to joining DGP, Ksenia was an associate of the Litigation & Arbitration practice group at Moscow and Astana offices of the New York-based international law firm White&Case, as well as at the international corporation VEB.RF Band law firm Baker McKenzie.

During her study at the University of Chicago, Ksenia served as a staffer of the Chicago Journal of International Law.
