Konstantin has over 15 years of experience in international arbitration and cross-border litigation. His practice focuses on high-value disputes involving the energy, infrastructure, transportation, and natural resources sectors.
Konstantin regularly represents private and state-owned enterprises, and multinational corporations in arbitrations under the UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA, SCC, and other Rules. He has acted in complex disputes arising from gas supply contracts, construction of nuclear power plants, and long-term concession agreements, and has extensive experience in treaty-based investor—state arbitration under the Energy Charter Treaty and bilateral investment treaties.

Before joining DGP, Konstantin worked at Renault–Nissan–Mitsubishi and Sodrugestvo Group (the largest agricultural corporation in Eastern Europe), where he resolved disputes and disagreements with strategic partners and advised internal clients on finding mutually beneficial solutions. He also advises clients on parallel court proceedings, enforcement strategy, and the interface between sanctions and arbitral claims.
