Representing Client in an international arbitration against a sovereign state under the ICSID AF Rules.

Assisting in preparation of Russian law expert opinions for an LCIA arbitration between a major Middle Eastern investor in the Russian real estate market seeking to recover US$200 million in damages and its Russian joint-venture partner.

Representing a Russian company in proceedings against an international motor racing championship operator over sanction-caused debt recovery in the High Court of Justice of England and Wales.

Representing HeadHunter on potential corporate restructuring and redomiciliation from Cyprus to Russia, as well as on the placement of shares on the Moscow Exchange.

Ivan’s experience includes dispute resolution in the Energy, Natural Resources, and Construction sectors.

Prior to joining DGP, he worked and completed legal internships at leading biotechnology companies in Russia and the UK, where he advised on sanctions and intellectual property protection matters. Ivan also has experience working at an English law firm and completed an internship at the ICAC at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
