Irina specialises in dispute resolution, particularly in the realm of international commercial and investment arbitration. Irina advises clients on corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as joint venture transactions.

Advising a Russian and German investor in an investment arbitration against a sovereign state.

Representing a large foreign company in military aviation market Lordwood Limited in in arbitration proceedings relating to the military aircraft supply agreement.

Advising MTS on the sale of a 100% stake in MTS Armenia.

Advising Amber Capital Armenia on a transaction for the acquisition of Solis LL Company in 2020, including the conduct of due diligence in respect of the company, preparation of transaction contracts and other related documents, as well as the registration of the shares in the relevant state authorities.

Advising SIS Natural CJSC on an investment agreement with Amber Capital Armenia, which manages the EU-Armenia SME Fund, a private equity investor. The agreement was sponsored by the European Bank (EBRD) and the European Union (EU).

Advising a major business in the food service sector Margaryan Business Group on the acquisition of a 100% stake in a company.

Conducting Due Diligence for a large Russian retail company, Maki, with the purpose of acquiring shares in an Armenian company.

Representing Renco Group in a series of acquisition transactions with a group of companies in multiple jurisdictions, including Italy, Armenia, and Kazakhstan.

Representation of the interests of the former Minister of Defense before the Anti-Corruption Court of Armenia.

Representation of the interests of the former President of Armenia and his family members in a series of court proceedings concerning defamation claims.

Representation of the interests of the major Italian construction company Renco Armenia in a series of labor litigation cases.

Representing the interests of the State Unitary Enterprise 'Moscow Center for International Cooperation' in court in a labor dispute.

Her experience covers disputes in the Industry and Transportation sectors, Retail and Real Estate, Financial Institutions.

Irina is an arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia.

Before joining DGP International (Armenia), Irina headed litigation practice at an Armenian law firm with a most outstanding litigation practice for 3 years. Before that, Irina worked as an in-house lawyer in a major Armenian bank, Public Television of Armenia and other reputable companies.
