Advising Sibur International on a range of litigation and corporate matters, including the complex settlement of court disputes in Austria.

Representing the claimant in an intellectual property infringement dispute exceeding USD 650 million before a U.S. District Court in California.

Representing a litigation funder that obtained an award in the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) in a multi million commercial dispute against a Baltic respondent.

Advising a family office on the restructuring of the business and personal assets of one of the largest privately held groups based in the UAE, including matters related to the sanctions regime.

Advising the family office of a major private investor in London on the sale of cement plants in Central and Eastern Europe for over USD 100 million.

Advising Access Industries, a major holding and investment company of a UK investor, in negotiations to establish the Amediateka streaming service and to acquire intellectual property rights from leading international studios in the US and the UK.

Working with Access Industries’ legal team in London, New York and Moscow on other M&A projects and direct investments in other sectors.

Innokenty has over 25 years of experience in international litigation, arbitration and asset recovery across multiple jurisdictions worldwide. He also has significant experience in M&A transactions and advising on investments, the establishment of trusts, funds, and other complex structures for corporate clients, as well as private and family businesses.

Prior to joining DGP, Innokenty served for ten years as managing partner of the law firm he founded, focusing on the handling and financing of complex cross-border disputes and transactions, with offices in Abu Dhabi (ADGM), Vienna, and London. Throughout his career, Innokenty has worked at leading international law firms, including Debevoise & Plimpton, Hogan & Hartson, and Mishcon de Reya, and has held senior positions in major international corporations and banks.
