Representing the Russian Federation on compilation of bid documentation for construction and operation of the Moscow — St. Petersburg motorway(sector 58–684 km).

Representing a general contractor on amendments to a concession agreement, preparing and negotiating a concession contract for the construction of a bypass around Perm.

He also advises on projects in real estate, construction, and government support measures.
