Gleb specialises in competition law, counter-sanctions regulation and general corporate law issues, and has extensive experience in obtaining clearance for M&A transactions involving foreign and Russian companies falling. Gleb also has extensive experience in advising and negotiating transactions under foreign investment law, including in relation to Russian companies operating in strategic industries. Gleb’s experience includes advising clients in cases related to antitrust proceedings at the stages of antitrust investigation and litigation (abuse of dominant position, cases on violation of antitrust law in the form of anticompetitive agreements, illegal coordination of economic activities and unfair competition, etc.). Prior to joining DGP team, Gleb worked at DLA Piper and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner Moscow offices.
