Dmitry specialises in handling major cross-border disputes in international courts and leading arbitration institutions. He has many years of experience in representing Russian and foreign businesses, governments and state-owned corporations operating in various industries including oil & gas, banking, construction, and many others.

Dmitry is an advocate and a member of the Commission for the Development of International Relations of the Bar Association of the City of Moscow. Dmitry is a Vice Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Arbitration Commission in Russia and heads the Investment Arbitration Working Group of the Russian Arbitration Association, and is a member of the Russia-Eurasia Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA).
He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Users Council of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the Users Council of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). He is on the list of arbitrators at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the Tehran Regional Arbitration Center (TRAC), the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), and on the list of arbitrators posted on the website of the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
Dmitry is a member of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), 2021-2024 mandate, and a member of the Court of Arbitration of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
