The dispute is related to the termination of a nuclear power plant construction project.

International Commercial Arbitration

Representing Russia’s largest shipbuilding company in arbitration under the SIAC Rules arising from a foreign supplier’s failure to fulfill its obligations.

Representing a buyer of three container ships in the dispute with the sellers of the vessels under the Terms of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) arising out of the refusal of the sellers to supply the vessels due to the sanctions imposed by the European Union.

Representing a natural gas producer in arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules arising from a breach of an LNG supply contract.

Representing the world’s largest natural gas exporter in ad hoc arbitration.

The dispute was related to supply contracts governed by Swedish law.

Representing Russia’s largest independent natural gas producer in a dispute arising out of a contract to reserve production capacity of turbochargers and turbine generators under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules.

Representing a major Russian manufacturer of synthetic rubbers and plastics in arbitration proceedings under SAC Rules, arising out of supply contract.

Representing one of the largest Russian transportation and logistics holding in connection with a shareholding dispute in course of the LCIA arbitration, as well as in a number of litigation proceedings in various jurisdictions.

Representing the client in Dutch courts in relation to interim measures.

His experience covers disputes in the Energy & Natural Resources, Construction and Transportation sectors.
