Representing a Russian bank in an arbitration dispute under a supply contract against a European company under the ICC Rules.

Representing a Hong Kong company in an LCIA arbitration re a $50m dispute with a European company arising from a loan agreement related to a mining project.

Representing a Russian manufacturer in a dispute arising out of a contract to supply equipment to Cuba in arbitration under the ICC Rules.

Advising a number of clients on matters related to EU, Swiss, and US sanctions.

Her experience covers disputes in the Energy & Natural Resources, Financial Institutions and Construction sectors.

Prior to joining the DGP, Daria worked as a case manager in an arbitration center. She was responsible for the administration of arbitration proceedings involving Russian and foreign parties.
