Anthony is a recognised expert with more than 20 years’ experience in cross-border M&A, corporate law and international arbitration. Over the span of his professional career, Anthony has taken part in some of the largest corporate projects and deals in the Russian market. Anthony has represented clients in a wide range of international disputes, including those arising out of breaches of share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and joint venture agreements. He has conducted international commercial arbitrations, among others, in the ICC, LCIA, DIAC, HKIAC and SCC. e is consistently recognized by leading national and international agencies for English law transactional and international disputes work.

Among Anthony’s clients are major companies in the energy, trading, construction, industrial, and transportation sectors, as well as banks, investment funds, telecommunications holdings, and petrochemical enterprises.
Anthony is registered as an arbitrator with the International Commercial Arbitration Court (Russia), the Russian Arbitration Center, the Vienna International Arbitration Center, the Arbitration Center of the Swedish Camber of Commerce, the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre, Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia (AMCA) and the Dubai International Arbitration Center (DIAC).
Anthony is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MСIArb).
