Representing participants of a $multibillion joint venture that managed a major business in Russia and the CIS in connection with an investigation and a complex corporate dispute re governance violations within the JV.

Representing Russia’s largest shipbuilding company in arbitration under the SIAC Rules arising from a foreign supplier’s failure to fulfill its obligations.

Her experience covers disputes in the Energy & Natural Resources, Construction and Shipbuilding sectors.

Prior to joining DGP, Anastasia has interned in the judicial legal departments of largest Russian companies.
