Representing a Russian mining company in a multibillion-dollar dispute with an EU member state in an investment arbitration administered under UNCITRAL Rules.

Representing a Russian businessman before the Swedish state courts in a dispute over the annulment of an arbitral award in an investment dispute.

Representing a Russian atomic energy corporation in a number of parallel commercial disputes totaling several billion US dollars.

The dispute is related to the termination of a nuclear power plant construction project.

International Commercial Arbitration

Representing a major Russian contractor in a dispute in Vietnam arising out of contract in arbitration under the SIAC Rules.

Representing a Russian construction company in an international arbitration administered under the ICC Rules in a dispute with a subcontractor arising out of a FIDIC contract for the construction of a complex linear infrastructure facility.

Representing a Russian entrepreneur in a dispute with a foreign creditor arising from a loan agreement under the LCIA Rules.

Prior to joining DGP, Alexandra worked in the Litigation & Arbitration practice of one of the largest Russian law firms as well as in a Russian state-owned company specializing in oil transportation.

Alexandra is the author of several articles on international commercial and investment arbitration. Also, she actively participates in major international thematic conferences.
