Representing a major Russian contractor in a dispute in Vietnam arising out of contract in arbitration under the SIAC Rules.

Representing a Russian entrepreneur in a dispute with a foreign creditor arising from a loan agreement under the LCIA Rules.

Representing a member of a consortium in a dispute out of performance of a contract in Chile under the SCC Rules.

Representing a subsidiary of Rosatom State Corporation in an international arbitration under the ICC Rules in a dispute arising out of a construction contract.

Representing a Russian construction company in an international arbitration administered under the ICC Rules in a dispute with a subcontractor arising out of a FIDIC contract for the construction of a complex linear infrastructure facility.

Her experience covers disputes in the Energy & Natural Resources and Construction sectors.

Prior to joining DGP, Aigul worked at dispute resolution practice of a Russian law firm.

Aigul is the author of academic articles on international commercial and investment arbitration and is a finalist in several international competitions (Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot, Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court).
