DGP Partners Spoke at Tel Aviv Arbitration Week

Taking place from 26 to 30 October, Tel Aviv Arbitration Week, Israel's foremost international law gathering, brought together leading regional and international experts in dispute resolution and international arbitration.

The week's main event, Tel Aviv Arbitration Day, took place on 27 October. Yan Kalish, a partner within the dispute resolution practice, delivered a presentation during the opening session, which focused on investment disputes.

The following day, Dmitry Dyakin, head of the dispute resolution practice, participated in an Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration (IICA) session, during which he discussed the challenges of enforcing arbitral awards in the context of international sanctions.

Participating in the Tel Aviv Arbitration Week provided the firm with an opportunity to exchange experiences with leading experts in international arbitration, discuss current trends and challenges in dispute resolution, and strengthen professional ties with colleagues from various jurisdictions.
