MTS Armenia Sale Recognised as Deal of the Year
We are pleased to announce that the sale of 100% of the shares in MTS Armenia, owned by PJSC MTS and legally advised by our team, has been recognised as the Deal of the Year in the telecommunications sector at the XV Russian M&A Congress «White Nights 2025,» held in St. Petersburg.
The project was led by Suren Gortsunyan, Partner and Head of the Transactions and Projects Practice at DGP. Key members of the team also included Senior Counsel Ilya Zotkin, Counsel Irina Danielyan, and Partner Anthony Walker, Head of the English Law Practice. The deal was successfully completed in 2024.
