Dyakin, Gortsunyan & Partners - Strategic Partner of the 10th RAA Student Moot Court

The final rounds of the RAA Student Arbitration Moot took place over the last weekend of summer — an annual event organized by the Russian Arbitration Association (RAA) for students and young professionals interested in international arbitration.

The Competition follows the moot court format — a simulated arbitration hearing — providing students with a unique opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.

This year, we were proud to continue our tradition of supporting the Competition as a Strategic Partner.

In addition, several members of our team took part in the final rounds as arbitrators:

We deeply value the potential of the next generation of legal professionals and are proud to support their professional development. Many members of our Dispute Resolution practice are former winners and arbitrators of leading Russian and international moot court competitions.

This year, we would especially like to congratulate:

• Tatyana Selyugina, our intern, and the HSE University team, who reached the final round of the Competition.
• Elis Vagapova, our intern (HSE University team), who was recognized among the top oralists.
• Polina Ostranitsa, Paralegal, and the team from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, who received the award for the Best Claimant Memorandum.
