Dmitry Dyakin and Kristina Aleksa Became Respondents in the ICC Russia Survey for Russia

In December of 2024, the ICC Dispute Resolution Bulletin 2024 No. 3 was published. 3, which surveyed cost-effective solutions for SME disputes.

Respondents from 41 jurisdictions, including Russia, took part in the survey. Dmitry Dyakin, Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice, and Kristina Aleksa, Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice, commented on the specifics of Russian law.
