DGP advised on the merger of Flysound and Plus Studio
The law firm Dyakin, Gortsunyan & Partners (DGP) acted as legal counsel to Flysound on its integration into Plus Studio, a production center of Yandex media services.
DGP’s role was comprehensive and included structuring and optimising the transaction, preparing and negotiating the full set of transaction documents, and supporting the closing of the deal.
The project was handled by the DGP team under the overall supervision of partner of transactional practice Konstantin Mineev. The team also included senior associate Lubov Ignatieva and associate Marina Kosheleva.

As a result of the integration, Flysound will gain access to Yandex’s advanced artificial intelligence solutions. The Flysound team, led by co-founder Andrey Belchikov, will continue operating within the company. The integration is aimed at further developing the domestic post-production industry and improving sound and visual quality, including in film restoration.
