DGP Supports Dubai Arbitration Week 2025
On November 10-14, 2025, Dubai hosts the prestigious and internationally renowned Dubai Arbitration Week. This annual event brings together leading dispute resolution experts from around the world.
On November 11, Dyakin, Gortsunyan and Partners law firm (DGP) and Vantage Intelligence held a joint event titled “Chasing Shadows: Uncovering the Real Money Behind Corporate Veils”. The participants discussed the criteria and conditions for involving beneficiaries and non-signatories to arbitration agreements in proceedings, examined the evidentiary aspects of establishing their liability and addressed issues relating to asset tracing and attachment.
Speakers included Gretchen King (Vantage Intelligence), Baiju Vasani (Twenty Essex), George Chalfoun (3VB), and Mikhail Riazantsev, Counsel at DGP's Dispute Resolution practice. Vladimir Pestrikov, Partner at DGP’s Dispute Resolution Practice, moderated the discussion.
