DGP — General Partner of the XI RAA Arbitration Competition

The final rounds of oral hearings and the closing ceremony of the XI RAA Arbitration Competition (the Competition) took place on 29 - 30 August 2026. The law firm Dyakin, Gortsunyan & Partners acted as the General Partner of the event.

Our representatives took part in key programme events, including:

• Anthony Walker, Head of English Law, Partner, Solicitor (England and Wales), delivered the opening remarks at the conference, welcoming the guests and speakers. Anthony noted that, as a leading law firm in the international commercial arbitration market, it is important for us to see how the new generation of arbitration community professionals is growing;
• Vadim Vunukainen, Partner, Advocate, served as an arbitrator in the Competition’s semi‑final;
• Konstantin Mishin, Senior Associate, spoke on the topic “The Arbitrator Under Scrutiny: Criminal Cases, Sanctions and Mandate Suspension” at Section II of the Conference of the XI RAA Arbitration Competition.

We would like to thank the RAA Organising Committee for the high standard of the event organisation. We particularly note the engagement and professionalism demonstrated by all participants: the teams showed excellent preparation, well‑reasoned positions and the ability to perform under adversarial conditions.
